“But he’s already made it plain how to live, what to do, what God is looking for in men and women. It’s quite simple; Do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love, And don’t take yourself too seriously—take God seriously.”

Reflection
Micah 6:8 reminds us that following God is not only about what we say we believe but also about how we treat others every day. God calls us to act with fairness and integrity, especially when we have opportunities to choose between what is easy and what is right. We are also called to love mercy, showing compassion and forgiveness rather than holding tightly to anger or judgment. Our faith becomes visible when we care about the needs of others and choose kindness even when it costs us something.
