Reflection

Prayer is more than setting aside a few moments each day—it is living with a constant awareness of God's presence. When Paul encourages us to "pray all the time," he is inviting us to bring every joy, worry, decision, and challenge before the Lord. Prayer becomes an ongoing conversation that keeps our hearts aligned with God's will and reminds us that we never face life alone.
