Reflection
Jesus promises that we are not left to figure life out completely on our own. The Holy Spirit, whom Jesus calls the “Friend” and the “Spirit of the Truth,” is there to guide us into truth. Sometimes we may feel confused, uncertain, or unable to understand what God is doing, but we can trust that the Holy Spirit is able to lead us one step at a time. We don’t need to have every answer today when we have God’s Spirit guiding us.
