Reflection
This verse reminds us that we never have to face an uncertain future by ourselves. God goes ahead of us, meaning He is already present in the places and circumstances we have not yet reached. When we are stepping into something unfamiliar, fear can make the future seem much bigger and more threatening than it really is. Yet God’s presence gives us a reason to keep moving forward instead of allowing worry to make our decisions for us. We may not know everything that is waiting ahead, but we can know that God will be there when we arrive.
