Reflection
God’s peace can reach us in moments when our circumstances have not yet changed. Philippians 4:7 reminds us that we don’t have to wait for everything to be resolved before we can experience a sense of calm within our hearts. When worry takes over, it can make us feel as though we have to solve every problem immediately and carry every burden ourselves. But when we bring those concerns to God, we make room for Christ to become the center of our thoughts instead of our fears. His peace may not always make sense from the outside, especially when difficult circumstances are still present.
