“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”
Reflection
Hope has a way of keeping us moving when the road ahead seems uncertain and our circumstances offer little reason for optimism. In this verse, Paul points us toward the God who supplies hope rather than asking us to manufacture it through positive thinking alone. When we place our confidence in Him, joy and peace can begin to take root even while unanswered questions remain. Our faith does not require us to pretend that life is easy; instead, it gives us a reason to believe that hardship will never have the final word.
